Hi, I’m Jo.
I’ve spent the last 15 years in digital and marketing agencies, working across client services, digital strategy, and delivery. I’ve helped clients’ brands grow, been on agency leadership teams, and headed up high-performing, award-worthy teams (both Client Services teams, and cross-functional client squads).
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with global brands including Microsoft, Health & Happiness Group, Fortune Brands, and Brompton Bikes (and many more!).
While the work I’ve led over the years has been exciting, it’s always been the people that have mattered most to me. I now run Leadership Training with Quarterdeck, as their York and Hull Regional Director, as well as running my own Client Partnership consultancy, Clientology, bringing my passion for people and relationships to the forefront of my work.
At the core of everything I do is a simple aim: to help people live and work with confidence, clarity, and authenticity in order to build valuable relationships.
A little about me as a person.
Originally from Surrey (yes, I still say Baar-th not Bath), I’ve called Yorkshire home for the past 15 years.
I’m into cooking and I’m currently learning all about wine at Yorkshire Wine School (studying WSET Level 2).
I’m also mid-way through a home renovation (a true labour of love), so am finally putting my architecture degree to good use.
I’m a genuinely terrible runner, but still managed to complete the Great North Run for charity. These days, I’ve found my stride (and sanity) through Reformer Pilates, which I’ve become slightly obsessed with.
I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and yes, I make a pretty decent flat white ☕️.
Let’s chat.
